3. Quotes & Scheduling

Quotes are free and based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on property condition or additional services requested. Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis and may require confirmation by phone or email.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. No-shows may result in loss of service priority.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property and clear instructions for entry. Please secure pets, valuables, and breakable items. ecomaids is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items not disclosed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Late or declined payments may result in service suspension.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the original service request only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ecomaids of Tacoma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
