Tiffany Shearn is the proud local owner of ecomaids of Tacoma-Puyallup-Federal Way. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration and over 17 years of experience in business finance, Tiffany brings both professional expertise and heartfelt commitment to her work. She was born and raised in the Puget Sound area and still calls it home, surrounded by much of her family.
Motivated by a desire to create a positive workplace and serve the local community, Tiffany launched ecomaids with the goal of offering services that make a difference — both to customers and employees alike.
We proudly serve homes and businesses in: Auburn, Bonney Lake, Federal Way, Fife, Lake Tapps, Lakewood, Milton, Pacific, Puyallup, Steilacoom, Sumner, Tacoma, and University Place.

Tiffany is passionate about the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Whether it’s a beach day at Puget Sound, hiking near Mt. Rainier, exploring the forests, or supporting local farms, she’s right at home in the outdoors. Favorite local activities include visiting Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, enjoying concerts at the Tacoma Dome, or grabbing treats from the Almond Roca factory.
In her free time, Tiffany and her spouse enjoy life with their two cats, attending Sounders and OL Reign games, traveling, tabletop gaming, and writing.
